How do I register with Chase?

Click on the ‘Get Started' link on the homepage of Enter your first name, last name, mobile number, email id and password. Click on 'Signup” and you are registered with us.

Is it necessary to register to buy a course or attend a live webinar?

Yes, it is necessary to register to purchase any course or to reserve your seat in the webinar.

Chase Micro-Courses

What does a Chase micro course include?

Each Chase micro course is created, owned and managed by Chase in partnership with its mentors. The foundation of each Chase micro course are its video lectures, monthly live Q&A sessions and course completion certificate.

How do I watch a Chase micro course?

Chase micro courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, and our mobile friendly website.

After you purchase in a course, you can access it by clicking on the course link you will receive in your confirmation email (provided at the sign up process). You can also begin the course by logging in and navigating to your Lounge.

Do I have to start my Chase micro course at a certain time? And how long do I have to complete it?

There are no deadlines to begin or complete the course. Even after you complete the course you will continue to have access to it, provided that your account’s in good standing, and Chase continues to host the course.

Is Chase an accredited institution? Do I receive anything after I complete a course?

While Chase is not an accredited institution, we offer skills-based courses taught by specialists in their field, and every approved, paid course features a certificate of completion to document your accomplishment.

Is there any way to preview a course?

Yes! Each course has a trailer video with free access.

How can I pay for a course?

Chase supports several different payment methods such as Netbanking, UPI, PayTM, Debit/Credit Card, etc.

What if I don’t like a course I purchased?

We want you to be satisfied. If you are unhappy with a course, you can reach out to us

Will I continue to have access to the course even after I complete it?

Yes. You will continue to have lifetime access to the course after you complete it. So, if you wish to review specific content in the course after you finish it, or take it all over again, you can.

I finished my course but I still can’t access my certificate of completion. How come?

In order to receive your certificate of completion, each module must be marked as complete. Double-check the course modules in the course player to make sure each module has a checkmark beside it and is marked as complete.

My certificate has my account’s username on it, instead of my real name. How can I change it?

Certificates of completion are generated using whatever name you entered when you created your Chase account.

Can I change the formatting of my certificate of completion? Or add an image?

Unfortunately, certificates are created using a template, and there is no way to change the formatting for them.


How do I register for Webinars?

You can check out the list of webinars at Click on the webinar card of the webinar you are interested in, and you will get an option to register for it.

How do I attend the Webinars?

Once you register for any webinar you will get an email with the joining link and instructions to join the webinar on your registered email id. Join using that link at the time of the webinar.

Are the Webinars free of cost?

Most of our webinars are free. But there are some which are paid an you will see their price on the webinar cards at

Will I get any certificate for attending Webinars?

All our paid webinars will have a certification of participation. But, the webinars which are free won’t have any participation certificate.

Will I get any recording of these Webinars?

All the recordings of our webinars are uploaded on our website at


How do I access the videos on Express?

If you are registered user, you can access any video from your mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop.

Can I download Express videos?

Currently the feature to download the videos is not there.

Is there any cost involved in watching Express videos?

Currently, Express is a free offering. All you need is a Chase registered account (which is also free) to watch these videos.


What browser works best with Chase?

Our website currently supports IE (version 7+ ), Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Opera and are adding support for other browsers as well.
